We’re looking for creative students who love short-form content and want to learn how consumer startups grow through social media. If you’re constantly discovering trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, and you’ve ever thought “I could make something like that,” we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Discover trending content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Recreate viral formats with a creative Krush twist.
Create and publish approximately 20 short-form videos each month.
Experiment with new ideas and analyze what performs best.
Collaborate with the Krush team to continuously improve content strategy.
Help build brand awareness for a fast-growing global consumer startup.

Who We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

Love creating or consuming short-form content.
Naturally notice trends before everyone else.
Enjoy filming, editing, and telling stories through video.
Are creative, proactive, and willing to experiment.
Are interested in marketing, startups, social media, or consumer products.

Previous marketing experience isn’t required. Creativity, curiosity, and consistency matter much more.

Compensation

We offer a monthly stipend along with performance-based bonuses for high-performing content.

Outstanding creators will also have opportunities for expanded responsibilities and future paid roles at Krush.
